How long does it take to get my order?

Answer: "Most items if ordered before 12am. will be delivered within 2 days. This is for major shopping area’s ie. Gauteng , Cape Town and Durban area. Other area’s we will have to courier, so we need to arrange courier and collection and then delivery.And some area's we have sheduled delivery days. We will be sure to inform you  of expected delivery  date."


Will you match prices ?

Answer: "Whenever possible, yes. We appreciate you choosing us as your vendor and will make every effort to match a competitor's prices. We simply ask that you email us with  a copy of your quotation INCLUDING SHIPPING to give us a fair chance."


What is your return policy ?

Answer :" Cyberlane will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery, provided the product is in it’s original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Please apply for a return authorization number by contacting us. At the time of issue we will discuss the reasons and circumstances for the return."


Are all products on display available?

Answer :" We rely on our suppliers to maintain stock levels. Sometimes items will be out of stock at the moment of purchase. We will do our best to let you know when stock will be available, provide an alternative or credit your purchase.( You have the choice) "


What are your payment options and is it safe?

Answer :" Purchases can be made directly online though the payment gateway Payfast (EFT or credit cards are welcome) . Or you can select “Request a Pro Forma invoice” as a payment option,. Should you choose to collect your order, you can pay upon collection (Cash , EFT or Credit card) . "


Do you have an actual store ?

Answer :" Yes. Have a shop at Bracken City shopping centre, Brackenhurst, Alberton. We do not stock products on site."


Is my privacy guaranteed?

Answer :" Yes. I know you are requested to give a lot of information in order to register. We will not give this information out to anyone. No banking details or credit card details are kept by us at all. Our payment gateway Payfast is a professional banking organization that will ensure protection of your banking details accordingly."


Do you have shredder service maintenance contracts?

Answer :" Maintaining your shredder is very important. We do we have once a year and twice a year 'on site' service option for commercial shredders. Contact us for more details. "
