When you have found what you are looking for “mouse over” the 'add to Basket'  button, select your quantity and click.

You can choose to show your basket or continue shopping.  Once you are satisfied with the products in your basket, log in and complete the steps.

To view the contents of your Basket at any time, click ‘Shopping Basket ’ on the top right of the page.

If you have already registered, you will be prompted to log in. If you are a new customer, register as a shopper. You will only be required to register all your details once.

You can also “Checkout” as a Guest. (Please note: You are not required to enter any banking details on the registration page. Your privacy is guaranteed.)

We never share your information. All Banking info is kept by PAYFAST, our Safe payment gateway.

From here you will proceed to select a delivery and payment method. You will need to confirm all details. If you are unsure of delivery charges check the Delivery Charges Tab on product page. You can pay by EFT, Click "Request an EFT" Button, or pay by credit/debit card by going through our Safe Payment Gateway to Payfast. 

Collection can be from Cyber Lane, Gauteng, or from nearest major Sales Centre. (Check availability first)

All our  online payments are facilitated by the Payfast Payment Gateway. (Please note:- You will be required to register with Payfast )

Should you have any problems on the Payfast payment page you can return to your order (Login using "User Icon") and make alterations and complete your order.

Once you have confirmed the order, you will receive a copy of the sales order via e-mail. The sales order will contain your unique order number.

You will also be emailed a Cyber Lane cc Pro forma or Tax invoice as per your requirements.

If you wish to change your details please click on " User Icon" on top menu bar. Use this icon to Login or to Change your details. 

Once you are logged in you will be able to see your  full order history . For lost password please click on "Forgot Password or Forgot User Name on login page " and follow the prompts.
