Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the content of cyberlane.co.za (the Website) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy, delivery information charges, returns  warranty policy terms, and any other business practices statements, and rules made on this website. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, or any of the pages on the website listed above, you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.

You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Modification
Cyberlane reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Cyberlane has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.

Limitation of Liability
Cyberlane will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Cyber Lane cc its employees or agents.

Copyright
All intellectual property of Cyberlane such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Cyberlane and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.

Refunds/ Returns

Should the user, for any reason, wish to cancel their purchase they will be liable for a 15% handling fee. Users must advise Cyberlane in writing of their cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Should users wish to return a purchase, please call for a return authorization number or request a return number online. Cyberlane shall only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery, provided the product is in its mint and original packaging and in the same condition as when received. The return authorization number will only be valid for a period of 7 days, commencing on issue of the return authorization number. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition, they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Defective items may only be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

2. Software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.

3. All custom/special orders may not be cancelled, and can only be returned for repair.

4. All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

5. If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport and transaction costs.

In terms of special offers, should Cyberlane supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Cyberlane will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special rate, it will not be replaced, and Cyberlane will refund the buyer's purchase price including delivery costs.

In terms of hardware, all guarantees are immediately null and void should any equipment be tampered with or should the seals on equipment be broken by anyone other than the manufacturers’ representative or should the goods be operated outside the manufacturer's specifications.

Under no circumstances will Cyberlane be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of goods.

 Price Changes:

Should a product or certain products prices change during the time of your purchase and delivery we will notify you and give you the opportunity to either:

A) Cancel the order and we will refund any monies paid, including delivery charges, or

B) Purchase the product at the higher rate.

All pricing is subject to the ROE (rate of exchange) at our suppliers.

We update all pricing on the website regularly to ensure that our pricing matches that of our suppliers. In some cases change in pricing can occur when we're not notified, and if this is the case during your purchase the options as above become available to you.

Disclaimers
The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.

The information contained within the Website is provided on an as is basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.

Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of South Africa and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction SA LAW without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Products, Pricing and Images
All pricing includes VAT  - Pricing is subject to fluctuate without Notice.
Images, logos, icons, specifications and graphics are used for demonstration purposes only, please note the actual product may differ.(When in doubt please check manufacturers site for clarification)

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
